Jump Rope for June!
We have a skipping challenge for you! Skipping will improve your Vo2 max and give you the fitness to chase runner after runner out on the water. Each week on the SHSC club whatsapp chats we will send you skipping challenges to complete.
Enter your results on the SHSC Strava and as a team lets skip through June getting fitter and raising money for Jump Rope for Heart.
